Your face is the window to your health and doorway to opportunities. The first thing people see is your face the next is what you are wearing. I try to keep my face as fresh as possible during the day and night since I don’t wear make-up I am always on the lookout for affordable facial items. Well, at the local Dollar Tree I found just two affordable facial items by a company called, “Bolero Hydrating Watermelon & Sweet, Hydrating Facial Gel Cleanser and Toner”. What caught my eye were the names of the scents watermelon and sweet mint. I like how refreshing watermelon is in the summer and the taste of mist and the cool feeling so, of course, I had to try it.
The smell is a light mint and watermelon scent not overpowering. The cleanser has a light sudsy experience it cleans off without a residue and leaves a light scent afterward, My skin was left soft and clean. The toner was a cool feel to my face and my skin seemed refreshed. I would say it’s a good cleansing agent but not something I would use to keep away blemishes. I still developed a pimple and it didn’t help it go away. I still had to use another blemish remedy. All in all 5 stars being the best and 1 the worst it was 2.5 stars. Not bad or too great for only paying $2.50.
