What’s the first thing you do when you feel fat? Go the gym some will say, watch what you eat, or fast. That is the few and far actually I just eat something that replaces a meal so that I still can eat and feel full. Somehow I get to thinking that if I eat something that has the same calories as a cheeseburger I’m good and that will help hold me over and lose the weight I didn’t burn off. A good ole lazy way of thinking that gets me into taste bud trouble.

So, my day of taste bud wrecking came in the form of look-alike peppermint patties but with a green inside. I bought Keto Slim fast mint chocolate cups. These things were the size of nickles glued together but I do believe those two nickles taste better than these Keto pucks. They tastes like faded stone-washed mint the chocolate tasted like imitation dirt. I have tasted real dirt in preschool and it had more flavor than the mint cups. After swallowing them I decided to eat real candy again. So they were a huge fail. I give them 5 being the best 1-star being puke em a 1 star! Not worth the high price for the many tears I shed brushing my teeth and tongue.
