How to Boost Your Mood

Isn’t that selfish, you ask? Yes, it is selfish, because you are the self within yourself in your head the one that can feel the burden the most that nobody seems to care about. If you are not there tomorrow to give yourself to all those around you will continue to function and figure out whatever it is they put on you to do for them, so give to yourself that time and effort to take care of your needs. One of the many things taking one down the road of depression is doubt or pain from something or someone absent in your moment.

Now, think to yourself about what is it you need, want, or desire to go. Next, do that, get that, go there. Once you have done that reflect on that feeling you get and wander in it. That feeling is something you can always have you just have to let yourself have inner joy the inner freedom. The key is to let go of others’ burdens and their opinions. That is how easy it is to boost your mood. To keep that mood you need to learn the word, “no” and delegate your free time if you want to. If others can not respect that then you need to make a change that benefits you. The word “no” by the way is a complete sentence and does not need an explanation or a cushion for the other person’s ego. You are your concern like their own well-being is theirs.
